Education & Professional Experience

Ms. Martucci was born and raised in Sacramento. She attended the University of California, Davis for her undergraduate degree and later attended California State University, Sacramento where she received a Master's degree in Government. Ms. Martucci earned her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2017 where she participated in the Moot Court Honors Board and was the Chief Technical Editor of the University of the Pacific Law Review. Before joining York Law Corporation, she gained experience representing Plaintiffs at a firm that exclusively represented personal injury claimants. She then gained experience at a boutique firm that represented railroad clients. Ms. Martucci's practice at York Law Corporation focuses exclusively on representing plaintiffs in elder neglect and abuse cases, personal injury cases, and employment cases.

Activities

Ms. Martucci is from a large Portuguese and Italian family and enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include watching the San Francisco 49ers and Giants, playing soccer, and sampling craft beer.
